Account & Data Deletion

Janta777 - GenKey provides users with a way to request deletion of application-related account data and generated key history.
1. What You Can Request
You may request deletion of information associated with your Janta777 - GenKey account, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
Depending on the information stored, deletion may include:
- Your phone number used as the application identity.
- Your name associated with the application account.
- Generated random key history.
- Key length and generation timestamps stored with history.
- Other application-related information associated with your account.
2. Delete Data From the App
- Open Janta777 - GenKey.
- Open the navigation drawer.
- Select Delete Account Data.
- Review the confirmation message.
- Confirm the deletion request.
The application will remove the generated key history associated with your phone-number identity from the application's Firebase database and then log you out.
3. Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to use the in-app deletion option, you can request deletion by contacting us.

To help us locate the correct account, include the phone number associated with your Janta777 - GenKey account in the request.
4. What Happens After a Request
We may verify the request when necessary to protect the account from unauthorized deletion requests.
Once verified, the applicable account information and application history will be deleted within a reasonable period.
After deletion, you may lose access to your account and all associated application history.
5. Authentication Account
Janta777 - GenKey uses an existing server-side authentication system. Deleting application history from Firebase does not automatically mean that every record maintained by the authentication server has been deleted.
If you request complete account deletion, the authentication account and other applicable server-side records will also need to be processed according to the deletion procedures of the authentication system.
6. Data That May Be Retained
A limited amount of information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce legal agreements, or maintain security records.
Any retained information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
7. Re-Registration
After deletion, you may be able to register or use the application again, depending on the availability of the authentication service.
A new account may be treated as a new account and previously deleted information may not be restored.
