Account & Data Deletion

Royal Kalyan - KeyGeneration provides a process for requesting deletion of application-related account data and generated-key history.
1. What You Can Request
- Name and phone number associated with the app.
- Generated random-key history.
- Key length and generation timestamps.
- Other applicable app-specific account data.
2. Delete Data From the App
- Open Royal Kalyan - KeyGeneration.
- Open the navigation drawer.
- Select the account/data deletion option.
- Review the confirmation notice.
- Confirm deletion.
The applicable generated-key history stored for your application identity will be removed according to the app's deletion process.
3. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot use the in-app option, email pankajkr9119@gmail.com with the subject Account and Data Deletion Request. Include the phone number associated with the account so it can be located and, where necessary, verified.
4. What Happens Next
We may verify a request to prevent unauthorized deletion. Once applicable verification is complete, relevant data will be processed for deletion within a reasonable period.
5. Server-Side Authentication
The app uses an existing server-side authentication system. Deleting Firebase app history does not by itself guarantee deletion of records held by that authentication system. A complete account-deletion request may therefore require applicable server-side account records to be processed as well.
6. Limited Retention
Limited information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal obligations.
7. Re-registration
If registration remains available, you may be able to create or use an account again after deletion. Previously deleted information may not be restored.
